MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. declares to comply with laws and regulations inside and outside Japan, under the "Compliance with Laws and Regulations" in the MINEBEAMITSUMI Group Code of Conduct.

Under this Code of Conduct, MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. has established the following privacy policy to properly handle personal information, in compliance with laws concerning personal information protection and related ordinances （hereinafter referred to as "laws and ordinances"）. MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. will strive to protect your personal information through adherence to this privacy policy by its corporate officers and employees.

1. Purpose Specification
   The purposes for which personal data is collected shall be specified to the extent possible, and any use of such data shall be limited to the fulfillment of those purposes, unless otherwise required by laws and ordinances.
2. Notice of the Purpose of Utilization
   When acquiring personal information, MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. shall, unless regarded as an exception by laws and ordinances, promptly notify the person of the Purpose of Utilization or publicly announce the Purpose of Utilization.
3. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
   MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. will acquire personal information that is necessary to conduct its business by proper and lawful means.
4. Maintenance of the Accuracy of Data
   MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. shall endeavor to maintain personal data that is accurate and up to date within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilization.
5. Security Control Measures, Supervision of Employees and Trustees
   MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. shall take necessary and proper measures for the security control of personal data and shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over its employees and trustees, to ensure the security control of personal data.
6. Restriction of Provision to a Third Party
   MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. shall not, except in cases in which the provision of personal data is based on laws and regulations, provide personal data to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the person.
7. Relation to Other Privacy Policies
   In MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. in addition to this Privacy Policy, other privacy policies may be established by each business segment. In such cases, this Privacy Policy takes priority.
8. Continuous Improvements of the Regulations
   MINEBEA CONNECT Inc. has established in-house regulations concerning personal information protection, and shall strive to make continuous improvements to such regulations by reviewing them.
